We recently received an alert (No. A11/00048/22) from The Netherlands regarding to jump starter Jstar Zero. Before the alert published, we didn’t know about the details or reasons in advance, nor did we receive relevant feedbacks or complaints from the Jstar Zero users.

We shall always take good care about the users. We sincerely obey the measures and suggestion from the alert. We immediately took actions and conducted in-depth investigations to verify this issue. We stopped shipping this product into the region long time ago, and we accept return or recall action if you bought defective Jstar Zero from the market.
