About Product

The voltage of the car should be 12 volts and the engine displacement of the car should be matched with our products.

No. It can’t.

UTRAI JS can operate within the temperature range -4ºF to 140ºF (-20ºC to 60ºC). JS is equipped with thermal sensors that will prevent it from operating outside of this temperature range for your own safety.

JS can recharge all generations of smartphones on the market, as well as HD action cameras, tablets, music players, wireless speakers and more. Any devices that uses a Universal Serial Bus (USB), will take a charge from UTRAI JS Models. However, it CANNOT charge other devices while starting a vehicle.

We recommend to recharge the UTRAI Jump Starter every 3 months and keep more than 50% battery to start your car for emergency.

Charge it overnight using a USB-C cable and wall charger and please run out of the remaining battery and charge form 0%. If it still does not work, contact us at:marketing@utrai.com  ( Attach your order ID).

The jump stater is designed to "start the car" as the main output,  multiple cells are discharged in series at the same time to output a stable current when the car is started; in charging the phone, is also a few batteries at the same time to discharge 12V electricity, and then forcibly converted to USB 5V current output, so charging cell phones and other USB devices, power consumption than ordinary Charging battery is faster than normal; this is the normal situation, please rest assured that use.

Yes. All JS models are FAA compliant and can be taken on a plane, however they have to be in your carry-on. No-Lithium batteries are allowed to be checked in luggage.

Yes. JS is USB rechargeable, so it’s not directly tied to the electrical service of your country (i.e. 120V or 220V). Use an AC to USB adapter or 12V to USB adapter to charge your device. A 12V USB Car Charger will work in any country or vehicle with a 12V port.

No. We do not replace the batteries or repair the units, but replace the whole unit if it tests faulty.

You can fully inflate 185/70R tires in 3-5 minutes by using JS-5 or JS-6. They are able to inflate tires of car, SUV, minivan, Pick-up, and small truck.
Maximum air pressure: JS-5 is 150 PSI / 10.34 Bar; JS-6 is 150 PSI / 8.27 Bar.

Because JS-5 and JS-6 comes with a safety protection for high temperature. So it will auto stop when it's overheating. You need to wait for 10 minutes to let it cool down be reuse.

About Operation

When using the positive and negative terminals will be connected to reverse the alarm, the correct operation is the red clip clip positive, black clip clip negative, you need to remove the connection cable to reconnect positive and negative use.

The indicator on the jumper cable will show a steady green light when the battery clamps are correctly connected to the vehicle battery.

Nothing, it is perfectly safe. It has built in sensors that prevent power from being delivered, unless a battery is detected.

Jump starter can only start your car when the car battery is dead.
In other conditions, such as car battery or alternator is broken, the jump starter will not work.

Recharge this unit fully, and try to press the power button after connecting the vehicle battery correctly, a solid green light will show on the clamp or READY(Solid) will appear on the screen ( for some models have the LCD screen), then start the vehicle within 30s. If it still does not work, contact us at:marketing@utrai.com ( Attach your order ID).

If JS is not detecting the battery it is possible the voltage is too low to detect. JS is designed to jump start 13-volts lead-acid batteries down to 0-volt.But if your battery is below 2-volts, the LED of the smart clamp 【Only for the JS-Mini & JS-4】will be blank .This is an indication that JS can not detect a battery. If you need to jump start a battery below 2-volts there is a Manual Override feature, which allows you to force "On" the jump start function.

JS-5 and JS-6 will automatically stop inflating when reaching to the preset air pressure. Please check the standard tire pressure of your car tire before inflating.
